As we aim to retain our customers for the long term, data is retained indefinitely. This allows us to provide quick support when requested by our customers. However, this data is stored in our secure solutions.

How Long Are Your Data Retained?

We do not retain any PHI (such as social security numbers, health insurance numbers, or credit card numbers), and we encourage our customers never to transmit such data to us. When submitting your information through our digital form, your details will be stored directly to our email server.

Other data of our customers are stored by Feel Fabulous Mobile Spa with two reliable sources, Google Workspace and FormKeep. Google Workspace stores data on encrypted servers in Google data centers, while FormKeep exclusively uses Nginx's encrypted servers in the United States and Canada.
